I bring Ah Yien Mama Pork Roll to Sydney.. :P

Might not be as nice as the original one make by Ah Yien Mama o.. :P

Ingredient for the Mince Meat:

Pork Mince Meat 1kg
Mushroom half pack of picture shown below
Red Carrot x1
Eggs 2-3
Onion 1-2
Corn Starch (little to thicken)
Five Spice Powder (little to flavour)
Light Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
Chicken Powder to taste
Cooking Oil (little)




Chop everything then mixed....


Then wrap with the Bean Curd Sheets








Wrap as tight as possible... use some cornstarch water to seal the edges...





Steam for 20 mins..






You can eat straight or wait it cool down and deep fried it!
Best to eat with som thai sweet chili sauce..
