Ingredient for the Mince Meat:

Pork Mince Meat 1kg
Mushroom half pack of picture shown below
Red Carrot x1
Eggs 2-3
Onion 1-2
Corn Starch (little to thicken)
Five Spice Powder (little to flavour)
Light Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
Chicken Powder to taste
Cooking Oil (little)

Chop everything then mixed....

Then wrap with the Bean Curd Sheets

Wrap as tight as possible... use some cornstarch water to seal the edges...

Steam for 20 mins..

You can eat straight or wait it cool down and deep fried it!

Best to eat with som thai sweet chili sauce..

Grill Chicken in Pandan Leave

I marinated the chicken with fresh chillies, lemon juice, shrimp paste, coriander, little salt, sugar and soya sauce. Then wrap with pandan leave and grilled in oven... Turns out quite ok.. ^.^

Cook it too early.. edwin is sick and bro not hungry yet.. so no one eating them yet.. :(

Prawn in Coconut Milk

Learn it from a Thai Cook Book~ ^.^

Pretty easy to cook it, simply boil the prawn in thin coconut milk for 1 minute. Removed pan from the heat and wait for another 1 minute. Remove prawn from the pan and put it aside.
add in some sugar, salt, fish sauce and lemon juice to coconut milk stir and cook till boil. Pour the coconut milk over the prawn on plate and sprinkle over some fresh cut chilli and shallot dices.

最近真的好忙。。自从生意在去年十一月开业到现在都没好好休息过。。。在碰上自己还要搬家。。快昏头了。。好怀念上一次跟朋友会马来西亚游玩的日子。。。虽然一路上有吵有闹但却是非常愉快~
长大以后需要面对很多压力，日日只有增没有减。。。每个人也是如此，这我可以理解，但是中间真的很想休息一下。。抛开身上的重担什么都不去想！真的有一点点累啊~
记得青年时期，我一直告诉自己等以后长大赚钱以后我要怎么怎么样，我一定不要像那些大人一样那么。。那么的。。“老土”。。。我要多么的潇洒。。我要很酷的家私，我要环游世界等等。。
今天我知道这些想法其实真的不是那么容易实现。。应为现在的我知道生活的艰难。。做生意的难。。做人的难。。肩膀上的责任与无形的压力把一个人变“老土”了。。。
记得回家旅游的时候，我总觉得自己看起来较年轻一些。。是应为脸上少了压力吗？
常常上班的时候客人都把大我好几岁的表哥/表姐夫看成像我的弟弟。。。坦白说心里是很不舒服D ！哈哈！心想。。“王八蛋，你是老花还是没睡醒啊！一大清早就欠扁！”
今天还很多功夫等着我呢，可见我现在的脸孔肯定看起来像你的老娘吧~~~ *气！

You will be surprise there are how many Asian are now living in Sydney~~ There are so many participants for the CNY Twilight Parade this year!!!

Around 60 000 people were there watching for the event...
We were there to push the "See You, Next Year" Light Boxes.. Sounds pretty boring but is a very good experience anyway..... LOL

Dragon Boating @ Sydney~

Can't believe I went for this Dragon Boating race.... I really enjoy it and very sure will keep doing it for any coming races..hehe..

We are going to have another big race at Darling Harbour for coming Chinese New Year~ They told me it is the biggest race among the year so.. I think could be quite fun!

Brunei

Been living in Sarawak for almost 20 years, but I have never been to Brunei until my girlfriend Olivia "forcing" us to go there with her. Thanks Olivia.. Now I have extra stamp in my passport la... LOL. However, we didn't get the chance to see the Palace as normally the Palace will only open for public during Hari Raya or Queen's Brithday.

From KK, we taking ferry to Labuan stayed overnight and take another ferry from Labuan to Brunei the next morning. More information for the transportation you can simply visit here.

The ferry which taking us from KK to Brunei...

The journey were kinda tiring.... But we think we were still enjoying coz we always self entertaining each others..Playing stupid card games, talking non-sense and laughing for no reasons... LOL ! I feel like I am 16 again... ^.^

Brunei Dollar is so expensive laa... RM500 only get B$165!!! 3 of us going to share all these $$ for 1day1night in Brunei ar...

As we were really in budget... so we took bus from the Ferry Terminal to the city.. (around 40 minutes driving) B$1 per pax. ^.^

We met this nice gentleman at the Bus Station while we arrived... He is working as a volunteer to provide tourist information i guess?? Anyway we got some useful information from him. Should we tips him? I don't know.. but we didn't ... :p Sorry mike.. we are really under budget la~ LOL

We were staying at a budget hostel in BSB, called KH Guest House if I don't remember wrongly.. around B$55 for 3 pax per night.

Our first stop is this golden mosque right in the city....
Brunei ma.. what else are you expecting? Either mosque or gold color building lar! LOL
So we spend around 2 hours around this building taking photos... -____-

At night we got a private tourguide from the hostel and he drove us around in the city. In the car we told him how much we like "Wu Chun" and then he brought us to see his Fitness Centre and show us which primary and secondary school that he has attended.

Me and Olivia .... so exciting for taking pictures in front of his centre... LOL
They told us Wu Chun was there 1 day before la.. He go back to Brunei to promote his new movie... So sad that we missed to see him! :(

Nothing much to shop in Brunei so we end up have dinner at the shopping mall.. The food was pretty alright :)

We just too crazy to ask out tour guide drive in the petrol station at took this photo..
How nice if i can see this price appear in Sydney or Malaysia petrol stations!!! Can I migrant to Brunei?? Hehe..

And this is the Empire Hotel at Brunei..
It used to be a palace build by the King's brother but because the King doesn't like the two big pillar at the lobby therefore they sell it to an organisation and transform it to a Hotel...

Can see everythings here are in gold colors... We feels like we are princes walking around in the lobby! LOL...

We leave Brunei back to KK in the next morning... Reached KK around 5pm..
The journey were kinda tiring but I think we did enjoyed ourselves!

Islands Expedition @ Kota Kinabalu

This is my first time to Kota Kinabalu. We stayed 3 nights at KK and spend 2 days at the Islands. We went to Manukan, Mamutik and Sapi Islands. Spend first day at Manukan and Mamutik Islands for snorkering and 3rd day at Sapi Island for sea walking + Photos.

I really like the snorkering at the islands. We all think that Sapi is the best island for snorkering cause of the clearer water and nice corals under the water.

We were staying at Tourist Hotel at KK city. Very affordable, clean and convenience place to stay. Around RM65 for a twin bed room. Is better to reserve the room in advance in order to have the 1st floor rooms as there is no lift available in the building. :)

The ferry terminal is just a walking distance from the hotel. Same terminal for going to Labuan>Brunei as well.

Snorkering at the islands are Free but you might need to rent the equipment for RM10 and the Fins for another RM10.

You can find a nice place to sit down for food at the Ferry Terminal while waiting for the boat..

I bought this at Manukan Island.. RM10. They can make it in 30-45 minutes.

Girls, don't forget to bring a nice sarong if you are going to take some nice pictures at the islands :). We all get them at KK Ferry Terminal. RM20-25 each. Bargain for it!

We did the Sea Walking since me and Olivia do not have he diving cert. This should be only way for us to go 5 meters deep in the water to see/touch the fishes. :)
RM250 per person including photos and short video. We were in the water for 30 minutes. Not very very exciting i would say but no harm for a try.

Night out at KK is nice.. We went for drinks at CoCoon Bar at KK Waterfront.

My Special Trip back to Malaysia

Just come back from Malaysia 2 days ago...

This trip is not my normal "back to Malaysia" trip since I have two cute and sexy friends coming with me all the way back to Sibu then Sabah then Brunei.

This is Little Sexy Olivia originally from ShangHai. Been to Australia for 7-8 years. We were working togather in a call-centre. She is one of my best-buddy at work! :)

And.. This is Hot n Sexy n Crazy Leah originally from Sydney!!! :) Our Trip won't have so much FUN without her! She is so energetic and fun at all times :) I love her so much!!!

I was too busy introducing everything in Malaysia.. from food to signboards to.. plants.. etc.. LOL

Galileo Restaurant

Edwin said he is too old to celebrate his birthday already.. So.. I decided to have a nice two person dinner with him at Galileo (A Frence Restaurant @ The Rocks, Sydney).

We ordered the AUD75 pp degustation which is only available from Sun - Thur. The weekend degustation is AUD160 pp if I'm not wrong. Edwin ordered the matching wines with the menu, which is around AUD70 extra pp. Expensive but for his special day is ok lah! LOL

The whole restaurant look really classic... People here talk pretty softly which is really a good place for couples.. hehe.. ^___^

The service was excellent but Edwin thought it was a bit over cause they introduced every single meals and wines to us politely when they were served.

The dinner took about 2.5 hours to finished... -_____- z.z.z.zz...

Sydney Fish Market

Last weekend, Edwin decided to cook his Spore style Prawn Mee for me again, so we drive all the way from Parramatta to the Fish Market (around 30 minutes driving) ^____^. As he really want to get the real fresh Prawn for his cooking.

So, we were welcomed by this friendly men near the entrance.. LOL..

Nothing much u can see at the Fish Market... The view there is so so only... and the environment also not that nice also... But the only thing u got to see/eat here are their lovely seafooooodss!!!!

It seems pretty normal to see all these in Australia but.. I still remember when the first time I came to Australia.. I find them pretty interesting and drooling..

Fish Market is one of the major tourists attraction spot in Sydney... especially for the Chinese tourists... o___O

The seafood are sooo fresh and yummy but... is not cheap at all. I wonder if their do really enjoy it by paying so much money. AUD35 for a seafood platter? About RM100 for a seafood platter?.. -____- Always tell my friend who has visit Sydney... Just don't go and count for how much is it in RM if u wanna enjoy urself in Sydney.. Nothing here is cheap one.. :( but the views... FREE to see and take picture with the Harbour Bridge and Oprah House mah.. LOL :P

Dumpling Dumpling~

I wrapped some dumpling for Joy's farewell the other day... Hmph... Long time never wrap dumpling liao.. can't really wrap it nicely... T____T. Inside are mince pork + coriander + onion + seasoning.. It's Nepal's dumpling style.. "MoMo" ^__^.

Ready to steam...

Made some sauce as well to eat with the dumpling. Freshly blend tomato + dried chili + coriander.

Didn't manage to take any picture for the cooked dumpling.. was running out of time to work..

Will taste better if I used the fatter mince pork ... But nvm la.. healthier eating LOL

Joy is leaving for backpacking.. Wish u all the best Joy~ We are going to miss u! Hugs~

Momos' Recipe:

MOMOS

INGREDIENTS
1. Minced pork
2. Ginger paste
3. Soy sauce
4. Salt to taste
5. Coriander leaves roughly chopped
6. Onions finely chopped
7. Oil
8. Water
9. Round dumpling wrappers
10. Dried red chillies
11. Tomatoes
12. Coriander

Method

Mix the first seven mentioned ingredients together. Once the mixture is well combined spoon small amount of the mixture on the dumpling wrapper and seal the wrapper. Dampen the edges of the wrappers with water so that it seals easily. Steam the momos for twenty minutes and serve hot.

Put dried chillies and tomatoes in a bowl of water and microwave for approximately ten minutes. Then throw the water out, peel the tomatoes and add coriander and salt and blend till a smooth mixture.

Leave the dumpling wrappers out overnight!

Leftover momos taste really good if you microwave them for two minutes and just pan fry the bottoms.

Paramatta National Park

We dicided to bring Cookie for a walk the other day~ (Poor Cookie only can go out walk walk once in a while... :( )

But we were quite sick of the little park nearby, then we found this Parramatta National Park~ o__O

Cookie was so happy running around in the park chasing parrots...

It was too cold.. so we decided to leave in an hour time...

Freshly Made Frozen Yogurt

My girl friend brought me to try this the other day....

The freshy made frozen yogurt... There have two flavours, which are Original and Green Tea. You can choose your own toppings such as mixed berries, coconut flakes and etc...

It's 98% Fat Free. Taste really nice as it aste just like ice-cream but it's yogurt ^___^

My girl friend told me it's pretty famous in US and a lot of Singaporean on diet girls have this for their lunch... T_____T

Have a try if u find this at your neighbourhood... Fresh Made Frozen Yogurt ! ^_____^

The Rise - Omakaase Degustation

Happy moment and lovely foods will just never going to stop in our life, isn't it? ^__^

It is for Erwan's Birthday dinner. His gf has organize this at The Rise and we got invited to join the dinner. The restaurant is located at KingCross, Sydney. It's a degustation restaurant. Normal price per head is AUD60 but they have special price on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday which is AUD43 per head. Very worth it I would say. Their foods were very well-presented and it has a true fusion of Japanese and European /Asian styles and flavors.

Here are the foods that we have been served:

Appetizer
Tuna tartare, guacamole and witlof salad

Soup
Patato cream soup with oyster tempura & tofu

Sashimi
Assorted today's fresh market sashimi

Seasonal Plate
Steamed baby octopus with "ume" plum vinaigrette
Grilled eel rice paper rolls
Duck and bamboo shoot with "Hoisin" sauce in wonton cup

Pasta dish
Spice prawn, mung bean noodle and yogurt sauce

Main course
Braised pork belly rolled with savoy cabbage, eggplant ragu & gochujang miso sauce

Dessert
Pannacotta with cumquat, bloog orange & pink grapefruit granita

My favorite dish I will say is the dessert. It taste really special!!!
I like the soup as well especially the fried oyster on top. It's very very fresh and my tongue got slightly burn by the juicy oyster. LOL
The sashimi plate are really really fresh too... Ou.. I;m drooling again now XD~~. Haha..ha..
The main did come with the white rice, which is a very good combination with the fatty pork wrapped in the cabbage T__T. Thanks god that they serve rice otherwise I don't think we were full enough especially the boys. Anyway AUD42 for such a great dinner I am satisfied and HAPPY! Will go again if there have any special occasions. ^__^

So the Birthday boy was happy!!!

Vietnamese Restaurant @ Wynyard Stations

Me and my girl friend were so hungry this morning after work...The weather was so cold and it makes us feel more hungry LOL.. So she suggest to have breakfast at this Vietnamese Restaurants near the Wynyard Stations. It's located along the underground pathway from Hunter Connections to Wynyard Station.

They open quite early in the morning compare to other nearby restaurants. Nothing much were ready yet as it was too early (10:15am) and they only have noodles with beef or chicken, spicy or not spicy. ^__^

The staffs there are still busy preparing foods at the counter. (Chopping Vege or smth~)

Restaurant was still empty.. We were their first customer today.

My girl friend ordered this: Spicy Chicken Noodle/HorFun

And I have this one: Clear Soup Chicken Noodle/HorFun Special (Special as in add 4-5 wantons)

They make very nice food but doen't mean they really have good sense of Art~ Em... Maybe I just don't know how to appreciate this Tiger jumping out from a rainbow? LOL

We were very satisfied with the food... My Stomatch feel so warm after that~ Will sleep well this afternoon! hehe~

期待已久的 <<溏心风暴II之家好月圆>> 終於出爐啦. 原來想說第II 會不如第I 好看. 但是現在看完前3集以後覺得好好看喔~嘻嘻

上一部的主要演員基本都在, 只是關係與性格有一些變化...

趕在中秋節之前播放... 這回他們家買的是月餅, 不買鮑魚了 ^___^

昨天回到家已經超愛睡了, 還是忍不住看了第4, 第5集... 第6.2集... 實在太累... 跑去睡了~
上一集的 '細契', Sa姐開始越來越 '黑人憎' 了... 那張嘴開口真是沒一句好聽的話, 有點佩服!!! 好看好看~

I love to live @ Parramatta~

Didn't update for a while as I haven't been really thoughtful recently. My mind just kinda empty and just sort of enjoying my laidback lifestyle around my neighbourhood (Parramatta, Sydney). Spend most of my spare time with my loves one, shopping and have nice foods. ^__^

There is art @ Parramatta~ haha~

Have been staying at Parramatta for about 2.5 years. It is a CBD that is nearest to Sydney City (About 40 minutes driving to th west from City). Living cost is much cheaper compare to city. Example 2 bedroom apartment in City cost: AUD600 per week. While I pay AUD300 in Parramatta. Lifestyle i would say is totally different but so far I just couldn't afford to stay in the city or any other better suburbs.

So far, I find it is kinda convenience to stay at Parramatta. Where most importantly, there is a Huge Westfield Shopping Centre which have almost everything in it and it is just 5 minutes walk from my little unit. There is plenty of train going to city or any other major suburbs form Parramatta stations. There are plenty of Chinese shops for my groceries shopping, video renting and restaurants. (Note: I can't live without the TVB tapes in Sydney). So I do have my Shopping, Food, Entertainment and Transportation in Parramatta. And I could have AUD300 per week on rental. Hey isn't that is a lot of $$$ So... Why not ? ^__^

Also would like to introduce some of my favourite foods in Parramatta:

1st one would be the Singapore Cuisine Restaurant, Temasek (Booking is recommeded) :

My favourite dish, Hainanese Chicken Rice. I would say is pretty authentic among the rest in Sydney so far I could find.

The HarMee Soup (Prawn Mee Soup)

Sotong Ketchup Manis (Fried Calamari in sweet Ketchup)

2nd one that I would like to mention is the TingHa Palace at Parramatta League Club:

Calamari DimSum, my girlfriend claimed that it was a little bit too fishy but i like it so much... LOL

3rd one would be the Meat & Wine Co.:

4th, Bamboodle (Thai Restaurant):

Slightly expensive if you compare to those at Newtown , but if you really feel like having some Thai food in Parra and doesn't willing to travel too far, this will be the one to go.

Grilled duck fried with chinese brocolli + Rice.

It's brown rice!!! Yes they serve brown rice... Isn't that healthy! T__T

5th, Sun Ming B.B.Q. Restaurant:

This the place to be when you can't decide what/where to eat at Parramatta. Normally u will find me at this restaurant most of the time T__T. Actually they B.B.Q 烧腊 are actually quite good lah~ Cheap, Fast and Easy~

6th The Vietnamese Restaurant:

It's along the Church St, forgot the name lah.. just few shops away from Sun Ming.

And this is my favourite dish. Especially the crab stick lah.. :D~

7th, 龙缘小厨 (Also along the Church Street):

Recently, I found a dish in this reatuarant which is very nice.

The Palace Crab Meat with Egg & Venigar. 宫廷赛螃蟹.

Beside Foods, I do spent times with my little Cookie as well~ Brought her for a walk this morning at a park nearby. She was so happy running around and we have met a little handsome buddy "Teddy". He is a Snzoodle in black. He is so gentle and kind looking. I like him so much and so Cookie does as well. ^__^

Little update about my Baby Cookie~ She is pretty GooD and getting FATTER~ T__T

Got this Havaianas Slippers from Generel Pants Parra yesterday. It's custom made one! You can choose your favourite colors for the based and stripes + the little cute buttom on your stripes. :)

So.. I do like Parramatta... How about you~

美女养眼

从少女时代，我就喜欢漂亮的东西当然也包括美女啦~~！特别会留意的是香港小姐，因为都在看TVB戏剧嘛。但近年来开始觉得佳丽质素越来越不如前所以也不怎么留意她们的新闻了。

今年一班港姐的宣传片是在加了比邮轮上面所拍摄。有可能是其中吸引更多有质素的小姐参加的原因之一吧！？之前Interview的时候主办当局出了一道题目给两位参赛小姐做为辩论题。题目是 "港姐评判团里不应该有女评判”。男评判的结论是，女评判不会选一个比自己漂亮/尤胜的女生。而男评判却不会有任何顾虑，只会选最养眼的获胜。

这。。。怎么说呢？~ 个人是完全反对以上说法哦~ 何谓港姐是美貌和智慧并重？！！！女生们出来的美女因该是大方得体，漂亮可人，而且有智慧的吧！是男人觉得高不可攀的！而男评判选出来的应该是。。。。只看外貌/身材？！好啦。。大家心知肚明，我也不想多说~ ^__^

怎么说我觉得今年2008年的佳丽还非常不错！而我个人最喜欢的是7号梁雅琳。她曾经也在悉尼留过学哦，但后来去了多伦多。

网上被评为天生丽质。是其中一位海外佳丽人选。（一共只有两位海外佳丽，分别是7号和10号）

接下来是大热门，4号高海宁。拥有得天独厚的魔鬼身材。但是因为网上泄漏她拍过级性感照片而差点被TVB革走。所以夺冠机会大大嫌少。以一般TVB 的作风夺冠佳丽都会是乖乖女稍含蓄一些的佳丽噢~

11号马赛也不错哦~ 小巧玲珑，口齿伶俐。机会也很高哦~

另外3号，8号和9号也不错哦~~不知道你的人选是哪一位呢？ ^__^

昨天跟友人到DoubleBay 的Max Brenner 去喝巧克力。听说澳大利亚的Max Brenner 比新加坡的好喝哦~ 我最喜欢喝他们家的Dark Chocolate. 真的很好喝！

这个杯子的设计是想让喝饮料的人可以用双手捧着杯子来喝的。冬天时候用这个杯子可以取暖哦~

左边那个是黑巧克力DIP, 右边那个是牛奶巧克力DIP. 巧克力地下点了蜡烛给它们加温~喜欢的话可以把这些仪器和巧克力都买回家。

喝完巧克力还不够。。。还到City的海Haigh's 买了盒 "Dark Scorched Almonds" 含76%的可可哦~ 所以还蛮苦的~ 这个我还是比较喜欢上一次吃的 "Milk Scorched Almonds".

在Double Bay经过一家婴儿店的橱窗看到这个。。。好漂亮哦。。睡在里面的Baby会感到很幸福吧~

病里寻欢~

病了好几天，胃口都没了。。。也不是大病，但就是吃什么也没胃口，做什么也觉得疲惫！还要戒口。。真没瘾！不过还是偷吃了KFC和雪糕~呵呵！做了晚班一年多无可否认身体是有一些影响，特别是我的肠胃。常常用餐已久，感觉事物还在我的胃里面徘徊。。。

原来的哥仑比亚红玫瑰已经开始凋谢，已经用新的水仙和紫红的鬱金香替代。水仙的味道很香，紫红的鬱金香颜色枪眼。配在一起让我拥有着视觉和嗅觉的享受。

昨天朋友的中医师老爸刚好来了，顺便请他帮我把把脉。还好没什么大碍，只是肠胃不适，服药调理就好。

凋谢了还是不舍得丢掉, 所以把它们吊了起来。变成干花以后好香哦~ ^__^

说到雪糕，其实是雪条啦。。。上星期买了十几种不同口味的雪条。放在雪柜里面看了就好开心！！要不是感冒的话我看它们早就被我解决掉了。哈哈~ 现在只好眼振振看着“某人”每天在握面前把它们一个个吃光！！乌乌~ 不过还是几乎每个都被我抢到口尝了一下D! 哼！等我尝完以后再告诉大家哪个最好吃。嘻嘻~

打开雪柜，看到以上的雪糕会很开心吧！

下次告诉你们哪个好吃。

今天早上并没有出去，在家里“褒带” 随便煮了个鱼圆冬菇干捞面给自己填肚子。“某人”一早丢下我和友人骑机车去了! 偶尔独处一下还不错。 ^__^

现在正看这一部TVB的“甜言蜜语”。

冬天里的小温暖

又感冒了。。。喉咙好干噢！这个冬天还挺冷的。。。在家不穿毛鞋的时候脚板都冷冰冰的。

在这种天气，男朋友不在身边的时候，能够给我最大温暖的莫过于我这件草绿色还带着一顶大兜帽的大夹克~ 它的那顶大帽子不管我走到哪里都紧跟在我后头，给我加温，拉起来还可以避雨挡风。坐火车累了往后靠的时候还可以当枕头。有了它，我这个冬天不再那么的冷，也不那么寂寞。有了它，我比原来要勇敢一些，跑的也快一些。。。

之前友人问我那天 Witchery 大减价买了些什么。这双就是那天买的白色靴子。全皮的，打五折，好划算哦~ 哈哈好开心~ 该谢谢那逼我买下它的“损友”哈哈！

这是另外一件Long Vest Knit, 也是白色的。准备等春天的时候穿的 ^__^

The Second Largest 15 Million dollars Apple Store in the World Opens in Sydney

The shop which look as nice as their products! Yes! It's the Brand New Apple Store in Sydney George Street.. Was offcially opened 5pm Thursday 19th June 2008. People are getting over-crazy about this store and abviously Apple had made a very successful marketing effect to Australia's market at their first HIT~! 15M mights sounds a bit expensive for a store but for a co. like Apple think just a slice of cake? Huhu~

There is a full 3 levels height of a huge glass box with an big Apple hanging behind the glasses.

Even the stair-case also build with the look-like-glasses materials.

Think will look nicely if they put on some colorful lightings?

You won't believe how much people are waiting out-side the store for their grand opening. -__-"

errhh.. dun think i can buy things if there are so many ppl in the shop!!!

I didn't manage to go there at their first opening day. Went with my gf after work on the next day after having our refreshing shopping at Witchery (It was on sale!!! :P).

Only two bags are mine lar.. LOL..

Think most people are just going there to feel the 15 million dollars store in stead of really want to buy smth?! Apparently I am one of them lor...blerk~ It's really an eye-privileges to see so many Apple products sitting nicely in such a beautiful and modern-looking shop heh..

No doubt that Apple does has their crazy supporter which some of them flew all their way from another state and tried to be the first one to enter the store?!

The staff there are so friendly especially the security guard at the door there....haha.. As he happily say good-bye to us and welcoming us to go back nextime. Slightly over-friendly... LOL.. Coz normally if u walk-out from a store without buying anything.. ppl will just stare at u and barely smile... -_____-+

YumCha @ Zilver 同乐轩

Went to shopping after finish working the other day. And bf decide to meet me for YumCha at ChinaTown- Zilver. "YumCha" is actually pretty common all around the world which do have Chinese. In some country might call them "Eat Dim Sum". I do actually go YumCha at least one a month lah... as I think it is consider quite delicious compare to other Chinese food in sydney.

Zilver was under another name (forgot it's old name) and got renovated i think last year? Lots of HK artists had visited the restaurant when they came to Sydney. So.. the food consider not bad lah!

When we reach the restaurant the other day around 12:30noon (It was on Thursday), we been seated straight away as it was not full normally during the weekdays.

We ordered some SiuMai and they taste good.

Traditional 烧卖 - Nice~

Then we ordered more food, there are my favourite such as "WuGok" (Fried Yam with ChaSiu inside), "FongZao" (Chicken Feet), Fried prawn roll etc...

YumYumYum.. My Favourite!!! Skin is cruncy and the meat inside is juicy!!! GOOD!

The staffs there is pretty friendly compare to other YumCha restaurants in Sydney. Normally they are rude and VERY impatient and we were actually used to it already. -_-"

Actually we were pretty full already but my stomatch always will have spare space for dessert lah! So we order somemore... We had Chrysanthemum Goji Jelly, GuiLinGao and TauFuFa!!! ^__^

Chrysanthemum Goji Jelly- Taste very light, almost like eating NUTHIN! Lol

Okay we are really FULL now.. Bill Please.. AUD55 smth? Expensive huh... Wat to do we are in Australia!!! Nuthin here is cheap lah!!! :(

For the very first time, he arranged a wonderful night for me. I'm really touched!!! =) Although there is some incident happened during the night but it doesn't really spoiled my mood...

First of all, the surprise began with a dozen of Columbia red roses. The roses are stunning, where each pedals are so thick and red, i can't stop myself from keep smelling n touching them with my fingers.

I enjoy holding the roses in my hand like this ^_^

Then... we head towards to Darling Harbour and i got another surprise when i been told that we are going to have dinner on a cruise. Hmph.. How lovely is that huh... *^_^*

The food the is so so la.. but the view and environment is just too great, with all the harbour bridge, ophra house, Sydney City View and etc.. ^__^ *hapihapi!!

During the dinner, there is a camera men came over and take picture on us. He got them printed and framed nicely within an hour. Cost AUD15 each if you would like to purchase from him. Slightly expensive but surprisingly the pictures came out really nice (I mean my face, lol). So we bought 2 which is AUD30. LOL.. Ok now u know if u wanna earn AUD15 from me u got to know how to take a good picture for me okay? :) Not easy ok? My bf tried soOoo many times but failed! LOL.. And he claimed it is not his problem but i am just too... too ugly!!!! GrrRrgH! sooo.. angry.. didn't talk to him for 3 mins? forgot.. :P

Once we reach home.. my bf sleep straight on bed z.z..zZZzz.. he must have tired already...

After sitting in the car for few hours, the roses started to get/look dry, so i quickly re-arranged them in a vase with the specific powder water given by the flourist. Hope they will look well when i wake up tomorrow morning lah. Sleepy liao. Goodnight Tata~zzz..

Haven't think of what to write yet.. But i think all nice blog normally comes with good pictures at least.. since i can't actually write out something really good and impresive!!!
